The Mill House is accessed via a charming courtyard, leading into a warm and welcoming entrance hallway. From here, you’ll find a spacious shower room, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable lounge, and stairs rising to the first floor.

The kitchen is thoughtfully designed with a breakfast bar—perfect for enjoying a morning coffee while taking in the beautiful west-facing views. Adjoining the kitchen is a practical utility room, complete with an American-style fridge freezer, washing machine, and tumble dryer.

Double doors open from the kitchen into a generous lounge, where a large corner sofa invites you to relax—whether that’s enjoying a film together or unwinding by the cosy log burner. Further double doors lead into a stunning triple-aspect sunroom, arranged as a dining space. Here, a large dining table comfortably accommodates the whole family, making it ideal for memorable meals and special occasions.

Upstairs, the property offers four well-appointed bedrooms. The impressive master suite features a king-size bed, dressing room, ensuite bathroom, and a dedicated seating area—perfect for soaking in the surrounding views. Two additional bedrooms also offer king-size beds, while the fourth bedroom is furnished with twin single beds. A stylish family bathroom, complete with a luxurious jacuzzi bath, provides the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring.

Outside, the garden offers a large lawned area and a bench where you can sit back, unwind, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings with a drink in hand.

Guest FAQs

Do you have Electric Vehicle charging points?

Yes, we have 2 x 7.5kW EV chargers on site that can be used for a fee. You will need your own charging cable to use these.

Do you offer a welcome pack?

Yes, a welcome pack is provided with a selection of local produce that changes to suit the season. 

Can I plug a games console into the TV or access Netflix etc?

Yes, you can plug a games console into the TV.  The lounge TV’s are also smart TV’s and so you can access Netflix etc. if you have an account. 

Do you supply cleaning products / toilet rolls?

Yes, a selection of cleaning products including dishwasher tablets are provided as are toilet rolls in each bathroom. 

Are towels and linen provided?

Yes, fresh towels and linen are provided for each guest.  A small selection of spare towels and linen are also provided as is a washing machine and tumble dryer. 

How do we access the property on our arrival date?

A key will be left in the key safe and you will be notified of the code prior to your arrival.  An additional key will be provided in the property.  

Do you have a minimum stay duration?

Yes, the minimum stay is 3 nights but this increases to 7 nights over Christmas and New Year.  Shorter stays may be considered over Christmas and New Year. 

What day can my holiday start?

Your holiday can start on any day subject to availability. 

Do the properties have log burners?

Yes, all properties are fitted with log burners and a small selection of logs, kindling, fire lighters and matches are provided.  Additional logs and kindling can be purchased. 

Is parking provided at the properties?

Yes, there is ample free parking for all properties. 

Do the properties have Wi-Fi?

Yes, Wi-Fi is provided in all properties with an average speed of 30Mbps. 

Can we have visitors during the day and in the evening?

Yes, you can have visitors during your stay but we discourage large parties that could impact on guests in other properties.  Additional overnight guests must be notified to us and must not exceed the stated occupancy. 

Do you supply travel cots and highchairs?

Yes, travel cots and highchairs can be provided on request.  Travel cots are provided with a mattress but no bedding. 

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment can be made with credit / debit card or BACS transfer. 

What deposit is due and when do we pay the balance?

50% deposit is due at the time of booking to secure the property and the balance is due 31 days before arrival. 

Are pets welcome in your homes?

Yes, pets are welcome in the properties but please note that the gardens are not fully enclosed. 

What are the check in and check out times?

Check-in is from 12noon on the date of arrival and check-out is also 12noon on the date of departure.
