We stayed 4 night at The Stables to celebrate a family birthday. Mark was really helpful from when we booked up until our departure from the property. The house was perfect for us. Lovely and spacious and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. I used the car charger a couple of times which was really convenient and reasonably priced. My son loved the whirlpool bath. We all enjoyed the views from the sunroom and watching the local wildlife. We didn't use the outdoor space due to the Scottish weather being Scottish weather!!! Would definitely stay again if we were in the area. Thanks for having us!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! Everything was just as described, and we were able to fully utilize the kitchen, which was well-equipped with everything we needed. We did encounter a small issue during our stay, but Mark was incredibly helpful and quick to respond. He came over right away and resolved the problem, which made our experience even better. Overall, it was a great experience.

This place is awesome. Out in the country, east access North and South. Very modern place. Great layout and amenities. If I was coming this was again I would not hesitate to look at booking this place. Great host as well.

We had a nice stay in Blairhall. The accommodation is very spacious and well equipped for a family like us or several couples. We really appreciated the attention of our host and especially the welcome basket that allowed us to discover some Scottish specialities. The accommodation is really well located between Glasgow and Edinburgh to discover the two cities but also the whole coast towards St Andrews. Highly recommend it.

A well maintained Airbnb. We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was spacious with good sized bedrooms. It was really clean throughout, dishwasher clean, fridge clean, kitchen clean, bathroom clean etc... Something I particularly liked were the soft towels, sensor night lights at the hallway and clean kitchen cutleries with all kitchenware provided (eg salt, baking paper, kitchen towel). Mark was also very proactive, such as checking in with us multiple times before our trip and sending us check in instructions before arrival. Nothing bad to point out at all. 10/10 recommend.

The Bothy offers a perfect base for exploring the capital Edinburgh, Glasgow, Stirling and the region if you're travelling by vehicle. The place has everything you could want, is very spacious and has a beautiful view of the countryside.

The home was beautiful. So spacious, clean and more than what we expected. The garden was large and backed onto some lovely scenery. Really nice home with enough cookware to have a well presented dinner. Me and my family had a great time, the children absolutely loved it. Lots to see and do within a reasonable driving distance would recommend hiring a car if staying here. Mark was always at hand when needed. Thank you.

Our stay at The Stables was exceptional! Mark was proactive, reaching out weeks before our trip to ensure we had everything we needed. Check-in was effortless and the location was easy to find.

The accommodation was spacious and extremely comfortable, fully equipped with everything you might need. When we required larger pots and pans for cooking, Mark responded immediately and provided the necessary items.

Communication with Mark was both professional and friendly. The place was immaculately clean, with large, super comfy beds. The bathrooms were well stocked with amenities, including small bottles of shampoo and conditioner, hairdryers for each bedroom, and extra towels and bed linens in the closet.

There are many attractions and delicious restaurants around the house. Thanks to Mark, our vacation was a dream come true, and we have wonderful memories of Scotland!

We absolutely loved this place in Fife. The apartment was spacious and with everything we needed and more. The owner was very gracious and greeted us with a basket full of goodies. Perfect place to unwind and relax. Highly recommended.

This beautiful property with gorgeous views is a great place to spend a week or more. Lovely touches with highchair, cot, stairgate and child friendly kitchenware provided. A well stocked hamper was a lovely surprise with lots of Scottish goodies. We were a group of 6 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. I would highly recommend this property and Mark was a fabulous host. Will I book again....you bet I will.

We stayed for 4 days for a family wedding in the area. I can't recommend these houses enough. Everything was perfect and well thought out. You have a luxury welcome hamper to start your holiday. Mark is the nicest person to deal with and nothing is too much trouble. He answers texts and emails promptly and also has offers suggestions. We loved it and will certainly be booking again.

Beautiful home, spotlessly clean, and a wonderful welcome hamper full of treats to get the holiday started. Its set in beautiful surroundings overlooking rolling hills and countryside, perfect escape from everyday fast paced life. I'd highly recommend.

A lovely spacious farmhouse, plenty of space for the family. Great facilities including large living room tv linked to the WiFi for all the apps, jacuzzi bath and plenty bathrooms. Fresh furnishings host supplied highchair, travel cot and fire guard for our toddler. Welcome hamper was great surprise we enjoyed the treats thanks Mark.

We visited as a family. Age range 6 wks to 70+ yrs and a dog. Everyone had a great time. The kitchen has a good range of crockery, utensils etc and we were supplied, on request, with unbreakables for the toddlers. We received a welcome pack with something for everyone even some doggy treats. The property is located in a rural setting with lovely views from nearly all the rooms. There are lots of things for family trips out within an easy drive.

Beautiful peaceful property to stay with family. Lots of things to do around the area within reasonable distance such as visiting a distillery, visiting cities Edinburgh, St Andrews etc. Locally one can go out on long walks in a scenic background. The property itself is immaculate & the host responsive. Most evenings we spent time cozying around fire place. All in all I would recommend this place.

Travelled with a group of friends and we were absolutely thrilled when we arrived. Everyone felt the pictures did not do Mark's home justice. The host was very thoughtful by making provisions for the infant we travelled with which the parents were most appreciative of. The fireplace was a great place to convene after a busy day and was very effective. Overall, Mark has put great thought into what a travelling group may require and we were left not wanting.

One of the highlights of my stay was the generosity of the hosts. Not only did they provide a warm welcome upon my arrival, but they also went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Their thoughtful gestures, including the little gifts they left for me, added an extra layer of warmth to my experience and truly exemplified Scottish hospitality at its finest.

Honestly can't recommend Grangeview high enough. "Holiday Home" does not do it justice, it is luxury accommodation. The house was fabulous, very spacious and absolutely spotless in a spectacular setting with countryside views out of every window - so impressive when you walk through the door. Everything had been thought of from a welcome hamper to a bowl and treats for the dog! - actually didn't want to come home. Can't thank them enough for an amazing Christmas, will definitely be back.
